Chief Marketing Officer
Kevin Huttman is a global business leader that has commercialized eleven (11) separate technology platforms spanning the Dx – Diagnostic testing market, along with dozens of product launches expanding reagent content. Most recently, at Diagnostic Architects, a Greenfield Start-up Disposable Medical Device Company that designed, developed, and manufactured Dx immunoassay tests for major channel powers, securing key licensing agreements.
Previously, Mr. Huttman spent 10 years as Division President of DuPont’s Dx-molecular based products. While leading DuPont Qualicon, the Business Unit achieved global market share leadership position; a position gained starting with a technology idea out of Central R&D. This SBU commercialized multiple Dx testing platforms employing PCR, RT-PCR, and bacteriophage technologies, along with next-gen genomic sequencing, genetic screening and diagnostics. Prior to DuPont, he was a member of the core leadership team at IDEXX Labs from start-up to successful IPO. Mr. Huttman began his career at Abbott Laboratories Diagnostics Division; he was awarded Marketing Manager of the Year while launching multiple Oncology diagnostic markers. At Abbott, he also led the US Government Accounts program where he simplified reimbursement for military and public health accounts simplifying the purchasing process. Mr. Huttman has presented to Fortune 100 BODs, customer audiences in the thousands, and executive management at investment firms around the globe. Huttman has been to 41 countries, opening new commercial operations throughout the world.
Director of Operations & Supply Chain
George manages Operations and Supply Chain to ensure seamless New Product Introductions through Manufacturing ramps. He helps make certain that our designs meet manufacturability, logistics and procurement requisites to optimize costs and attain the highest quality. In his 31 year career with The Hewlett-Packard Company, he has successfully managed multiple programs and teams in Singapore, Corvallis, OR, Puerto Rico, Ireland and San Diego, CA. He has led teams in Process Engineering, Production, Procurement, Quality, Automation and Tooling acquisition to beat aggressive cost, quality and performance goals. George earned his BSME at Imperial College, University of London, and is a certified ISO 9000 Auditor.
CEO & President
Lonnie Adelman is a 30 year veteran of the Biotechnology, Medical Device, high tech, and Consumer Products Industries. As the CEO, he is ultimately responsible for all day-to-day management decisions and for implementing the iAssay's long and short term plans. He acts as a direct liaison between iAssay’s Board and management. Lonnie is also currently filling in for iAssay’s CTO.
Lonnie has been affiliated with companies ranging from other start-ups to a Fortune 10 in capacities as a founder/CEO, manager, consultant and individual contributor. He previously founded and bootstrapped Ericomp, Inc., which was ultimately the first company in the world to ship a programmable PCR machine, followed by 5 models shortly thereafter. Products were designed, manufactured, and shipped from Ericomp’s headquarters in San Diego, CA. Lonnie’s 12 year career as an engineering technical expert with The Hewlett-Packard Company was primarily focused on technical innovation, mentoring those on his team, and managing cross-functional teams focused on high-volume product development and corporate initiatives such as RoHS compliance.
Lonnie earned a BS in Engineering (EE) from Cal State Northridge, and subsequently attended program and project management business courses at UCSD and The George Washington University School of Business.
